		<description>First of all i do photo work with postfers that are put on bill boards then i take a picture of it.  What I want to know is will thia program allow me to cut 2 or 3 selected posters from one billboard and let me copy them to another board</description>

		<description>I downloaded photobie because windows photo would not let me save the resized image of pictures.  I am not able to do it with photobie either.  I enlarge the picture and save it and when I go to folder in which it has been saved, it is the same photo and the same size.  Am I missing something?  I know that you may not have time to reply and you do not know me, so I am not sure why you would, but thought I would ask anyway.  Peace and happiness.
