Plugin enables you to Automatically Publish your Blog Posts to Social Networks. Currently Supported Networks include:

Plugin also supports Publishing your Blog Posts to Twitter via OAuth

Installation:

  1. Upload network-publisher.zip to ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory and unzip it.
  2. Activate the “Network Publisher” Plugin from “Manage Plugins” window

    Nice summary, but does this plugin post a link to the blog post or does it push the entire blog post to the corresponding network?

      The plugin posts part of the blog post on the social networks and links it back to original post so it helps you drive more traffic from social networks :)
