ManageWP service has been created to ease the maintenance and save the time usually involved with management of multiple WordPress blogs.

It allows full admin functionality from one centralized dashboard – you can write posts, create categories, perform upgrades, upload new themes and plugins, manage comments and much more with just one click.

It is currently in beta status and some of the features may not work as expected.Finally it’s worth saying they have done everything to ensure safety of your data but they encourage you to backup your data regularly to prevent any losses. They created ManageWP in hope it will be useful but offer no warranty.
