Google May Soon Implement Its New Live Search Feature
Google is currently testing a new search engine feature which will make our search lot easier. Google is planning to bring out a new search engineĀ interface that updates the results as we type a search query. If this search engine is implemented then you never have to press Enter or click on the Search button again to see the results since Google will constantly update the search results as you type your search query.

This interface has an advantage that you can refine your search faster but at the same time the constant refreshing can be annoying sometimes.SEO wonk, Rob Ousbey calls this experiment live updating Google search results, Google uses the word streaming, while others may call it instant search. You can see the video below to see working of Google LiveĀ Search Engine.

If you want to check how exactly it feel like while using live search, you can check Google Alerts. Google has implemented similar sort of thing in Google alerts.Type some characters and click on preview results option and every time you change the search query, Google Alerts will update the preview.

This seems to be interesting and shows power of google’s technology. But I guess this is going too far and is not required and may be irritating sometimes.
@avi nice share
